These terms govern your usage of Voiceovers Digital services, APIs, and studio interfaces. By registering an account, you accept these provisions in full.

1. Scope of Agreement

Access to our studio tools, background jobs processing, and REST endpoint integration is conditional on your compliance with these terms:

Registration Requirements: You must provide a valid email and establish secure credentials. Standard credit quotas are bound to your unique account ID.
Account Ownership: Corporate accounts are restricted to the registered organization and cannot be shared across multiple external legal entities.

2. Secure Account Credentials

We enforce high security parameters to maintain system integrity and prevent unauthorized narration jobs:

Key Custody: Your developer API key is a direct credential. You must store it securely and rotate it immediately if credentials are compromised.
Email Verification: Email validation is mandatory to restrict automated bot registrations and preserve synthesis queue priority.

3. Usage Rights & License

Licensing models are based on your subscription tier at the time of output generation:

Content Rights: You retain complete ownership of all input script text. Voiceovers Digital claims no rights over the content you upload.
Audio Distribution: The synthesized audio files generated can be used commercially across digital platforms, podcasts, and video channels.

4. System Restrictions

To keep the platform secure and prevent resource depletion, you agree to refrain from:

Deploying automated scripts designed to scrape or download audio assets aggressively outside normal API rate limits.
Generating voiceovers intended for malicious deepfakes, harassment, or spreading coordinate disinformation.
