3. Intellectual Property

Voiceovers Digital retains all rights to the underlying AI models, software architecture, and interface designs. Upon successful generation and payment, users are granted a perpetual, worldwide license to the specific audio output generated. However, the unique digital "voice prints" used to create such outputs remain the proprietary property of Voiceovers Digital or its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Voiceovers Digital or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Voiceovers Digital's platform, even if Voiceovers Digital has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
