Your privacy is the cornerstone of our "Zero Friction" philosophy. We design our platforms with strict data isolation standards to ensure complete security across all neural synthesis request lifecycles.

1. Complete Data Isolation

Our architectural standard ensures that customer datasets are never pooled, mixed, or cross-referenced:

  • Environment Segregation: All B2B clients are allocated isolated container clusters and distinct databases, removing the risk of cross-tenant data leaks.
  • No Data Brokering: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, input scripts, or operational transcripts to third-party ad networks.

2. Telemetry, Inputs, and Audits

We capture minimal operational parameters necessary for platform execution and performance metrics:

  • Web Performance: Anonymized metrics, such as page load speed, layout transitions, and browser categories are captured to guide UI updates.
  • Input Lifecycles: Synthesis script payloads are temporarily buffered during active rendering and cleared after the WAV master is written.

3. GDPR Compliance

We operate in full alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements:

  • Right to Rectification & Erasure: You can purge your voiceover logs, generated audio files, and complete account credentials directly via your console.
  • Data Portability: Export past logs and audio files in standardized zip archives from the dashboard profile controls.
