We offer a 14-day refund window for newly upgraded accounts that have generated less than 10,000 characters of synthesized text. Requests submitted after 14 days or accounts exceeding this limit are not eligible for a refund.

2. Credit Balance Rules
Billing credits represent generation capacity. Credits allocated to monthly plans expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent months. Refunded transactions immediately freeze and wipe outstanding character allocations.
